My mission is to help you wade through all the “info” available online and hold onto that which benefits you so you can throw away all the gimmicks, all the quick-fixes, all the suggestions that are not research backed and, instead, create a solid, safe, successful way of approaching future health goals.
I vow to NEVER train a client with a cookie-cutter training plan. I love getting to know my ladies…love taking the time to figure out the best strategy for their fitness goals…love having my clients become my true friends!
I take my health seriously: I workout regularly with both strength training, walking and running the many beautiful Chester County PA trails. I also love reading (big book nerd here, especially fitness & nutrition related ones!) and devoting time each week for church and faith related activities. My favorite activity of all is playing with my two beautiful granddaughters: the best reason to stay strong and fast!
I am proud of my maintaining my clients for very long periods of time. Even with my recent move from NY to PA, I was able to keep most clients thanks to availability of virtual sessions. As our bodies age, our needs change and I make it my mission to approach my training in as flexible ways as needed.

I met Alison about 6 years ago. The gym owner was my trainer, but when he was away, Alison took my sessions over. There was such a huge difference as she was much more attentive to me, allowing me to concentrate on my form and breathing rather than counting reps. We hit it off right away. Now at 64, I love how she focuses on things that women of a certain age need. Balance work to help from falling, strength training for continued muscle growth, and cardio to help me lose the extra pounds needed. I’ve gone to different gyms over the years, but Alison is my favorite. I consider her my friend. She’s so caring and makes sure you’re not uncomfortable, adjusting any exercise while still getting the benefits. She quickly adjusts her workouts for me according to how I am feeling that day. You will be very pleased if you work out with Alison!
